A Men of Metal product is guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations in terms of durability, appearance, functionality, and longevity.
If you purchase from Men of Metal and your expectations are not met, we will do everything we can to make it right.
If your product is a standard size and your expectations are not met, we will:
1. Men of Metal will pay the cost of return shipping and arrange for immediate UPS pick-up.
2. Refund you of your purchase, or offer a satisfactory exchange to you immediately.
Please note: A return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
A return will be rejected or possibly subject to a restocking fee is the product has been installed or damaged.
If you have ordered a custom item, a return request must be submitted.
