Questions We Get Asked

What materials can you install fasteners into?

We install press-fit fasteners into steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and brass. The machine can handle a wide range of material thicknesses and densities.

What fasteners can you install?

We press in self-clinching studs, standoffs, and flush-mount nuts. If you’re using PEM-style hardware, send us your specs and we’ll match the setup to your part.

What’s the max force your machine applies?

Our Pemserter Series 4 applies up to 12,000 lbs of force—enough to install a wide range of fasteners into nearly any sheet metal material without warping or overcompression.

Can I bring in my own part or panel?

Yes. You can bring your own metal panels, brackets, or cut parts for fastener install. We’ll help determine the layout if needed and handle the pressing in-house.

How fast is the turnaround?

Most jobs are handled in 1–3 business days, depending on part volume and layout complexity. We’ll confirm timing when quoting.
