Every purchase from Men of Metal is backed by our promise to deliver high-quality, American-made craftsmanship in brand-new condition. We stand behind our work, and while we don’t expect problems, we handle business the right way when they arise. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to find a solution—but you must contact us first before initiating any return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason your product does not meet expectations, we offer a return or exchange policy within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns and exchanges MUST be approved by Men of Metal before return shipping is initiated.
- The product must be free from damage and returned in the same condition received.
- Returns must be shipped in original packaging and follow any provided instructions to prevent damage.

Custom Orders & Special Circumstances
Custom items are handled differently. If you approved specifications before fabrication, returns may not be accepted unless there is a clear defect or issue.
- If a custom return is approved, a restocking fee may apply to cover material, labor, and shipping costs.
- Because custom-sized items cannot be resold, any approved return will be considered scrap metal.
- If you need to return a custom item, you must provide detailed photos and information for review before we can move forward.

Shipping Damage & Order Issues
- You must report shipping damage immediately and provide photos so we can take action.
- If something arrives damaged, let us know right away—we don’t leave customers hanging.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders that have not yet entered production are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
- If a project has already been approved for fabrication, additional cancellation costs will apply due to materials and labor already incurred.
